Underactive thyroid hair loss

If you`re suffering hair loss due to hypothyroidism and you start taking thyroxine, does your hair grow back?

Going Abroad In October :/

would a holiday in october be just as good as one in July/August? i.e. are all the facilities still open, pool still heated etc even though the season is coming to an end. thanks
