becoming a midwife without any qualifications at all.but is there another way of training.i,m 48yrs i will regret it if i don,t try

midwifery training,i haven.t got any qualifications or nvq,is there another way round it.or a job simular to do with maternity,i.ve been a care assistant with the elderly for 14yrs,please advise me
