Have the holiday accrual laws been changed in the last year (since july 04), and also does your holiday accrual stop when you are signed off sick by your doctor? I really do think my old employer is...

can anyone tell me if the holiday accrual laws have changed? if so when and also does your holiday accrual stop when signed off sick? I need to know as i think my last employer is stitching me up.
