with the current financial situation, i am at a loss. have inherited shares from someones estate. should i sell now or keep the shares.. in my opinion, shares fluctuate everyday anyway, and who knows...

what happens if you cant find or have lost original holders(owners) certificate for premium bonds? i have some correspondence letters and winning stubs left but not the actual certificate.

Orbs on photos

I have taken quite a few photos with a digital camera, and some have balls of light in them, some being quite large. what actually are these orbs? are they just dust spots on lenses or something...
