acne

i have acne, but i dont want to go onto any medication to prevent or get rid of it, does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of them as they are starting to depress me.

how to clean stained ceramic teapot?

My everyday china teapot is badly stained with tannin, probably made worse as I live in a hard water area. Have tried old tip of Steradent tabs, maybe helped a bit but not much. Any other wise heads...
