I saw on a thread for fibromyalgia that magnesium maleate helps in a big way with the pain, would it be ok to take this with the thyroxine that I am prescribed? Can any one help? Thanks in advance.

had to increase my thyroxine 6 weeks ago from 175 to 200, had blood test yesterday, my doctor rang me tonight to say had to increase dose further so now on 225 for 6 weeks then another blood test, she...

oxy washing machine balls

any idea how you keep the small balls in the plastic cage, every time i wash i am collecting the balls out of the drum and in the clothes, very time consumming. only wash at 30 deg so cant be too hot...
