avoid going to hell

is there a way of avoiding going to hell if you kill yourself. I mean lets say you went to the top of a building and take a pair of binoculars to 'see the views' and then standing by the edge you set...

Help urgent please. about to spend 260 on dreamweaver

If I am going to make a dynamic website i.e using php would it be ok to start out with dreamweaver and then incorporate the php on certain sections of the website?
