I am nearly 65, I plan to retire to Romania, can I claim married mans pension?

I have lived in Uk and paid all my contributions, but My wife has not. She is Romanian, she is disabled and 40 years old. 1. I think I can get UK pension paid to me while in Romania, is that correct?...
