system 32 errors

I have the following message on my computer - I do not have the XP disc. I am not very computer literate !! C;/windows/system32/autoexec.nt. Thanks!

iplayer

on a brand new laptop I cannot watch any programmes on iplayer or videos on You Tube as they keep stopping. Can anyone help me to sort this problem please?
