what do you call those boxes (usually wooden i think) that fold up into tiers each side. Do you knoew what i mean? I'm trying to find one but don't know what they're called!

cramp every night

Lately i have been getting severe cramp in the same calf every single night! It is so painful! I used to get it when heavily pregnant, but why am i getting it now? And why in the same spot?
