Ipod-duplicate songs

Is there any way to delete duplicate songs from the ipod? I know you can from itunes library but I need to do it for my ipod! Any ideas greatly appreciated ;)

Strictly Dance Fever

Im going to Strictly Dance Fever on Saturday and it says "dress to impress." Has anyone been refused entry because they don't look dressed up enough? Also, I'm thinking of getting there one hour...
