Cost of Rebuilding Home

When applying for building insurance, you're asked to value the cost of rebuilding your home. How do you work this out? My survey report costs this as a little bit more than what i paid for my flat....

Water Retention

I am currently on my period and feel really bloated, for obvious reasons as well as the fact that I have eaten too much chocolate and sweet stuff! Normally I would take some herbal tablets for this...
