preasure too high on my combi boiler

i have a biasi garda 28s combi boiler. the preasure overflow was leaking so i replaced the preasure valve. the problem is that the preasure is actually too high, 3 bar plus, ive drained and refilled...

the overflow pipe is constantly dripping, the hotter you have the dial the more it leaks. is this something i can address myself at home. the preasure reads 2.5 bar, i think thisa might be a little...
