How can I eat healthier?

How can I eat healthier without having to prepare food constantly and spend extra money? it's so easy to go to the shop and buy crisps and choc, I can't stop myself! How can I stop myself??

Why is my Body Fat Index high?

Hi, I've just has a test and I've found out my body fat index is slightly high, only 0.6% above normal, but the point is I'm healthy! My weight is 8st7(54kg) which is normal but only 7lbs above...

Virgin To Lose Thousands Of Customers?

They cannot seriously expect to take out channels such as Sky1 etc, blame sky then just move on and expect no backlash. Virgin just don't seem to want to pay extra and this is after bumping up...
