my pc wants to run disc check every time it's booted upbut the problem is it will only go to 13 % then stops I have left it over night and it's still the same ?? Anyone know what I can do ?? please...

I can't open programmes or pages by just double clicking on it . I have to right click and open it that way can anyone tell me how to change it so I can double click to open? thanks caron
