suspected miscarriage and positive test!

ive posted a bulletin on here b4...for the past few days i have had brown discharge..never alot at once. i went to the hospital last nite where i did a urine test and it showed positive and did a test...

I have just found out im 5 weeks pregnant, it wasnt planned but im ok. i woke up today to find a brownish discharge when i went to the toilet...theres not alot of it though. should i be worried??
