glucose test

i have got to have the glucose test in a wk n abit and im jus wondering the hospital gave me it to take before i go to see my midwife and ive heard it degusting would they notice if i didnt drink it...

i no its a strange question but do babys cry in the womb and if so how come we dont hear it surely its louder than when your tummy rumbles cuz ur hungry?
