three months notice

Since looking for a new job, I have realised my contract requires me to hand in a three months notice! This is just not feasible as I am not exactly high up! And every recruitment company also thinks...

headache.....

Can anyone give me some advice on headaches! I have started to get headaches near on when I am about to come on my period. They last ALL day and talking paracetamol only covers up the initial pain......

Doctors Referal

I had a back problem last year, and after a few sessions with an Osteopath and paying nearly ?80 a month in costs I had to stop. I was wondering if I went to my Doctor they would refer me on the NHS?
