My now ex took our daughter from the house without my consent. He refuses to give her back. Social services say I can have her back but only if he agrees which he won't. Any ideas on my legal rights...

If a woman has sex on day 14 or so of her cycle, doesnt use protection but the man doesn't 'you know' inside her, what would the chances of being pregnant be? I know its a difficult question to answer...
