Some part of video has no sound

I have a wedding video made by professional photographer, This tape plays half way verywell and all of a sudden the sound does not come, after 30 min or so again the sound comeback and tape play good....

Waol failure on aol 9.0

When I try to go on "aol 9.0" The "waol.exe" failure message comes
