Well, microwaved actually.. It's an average sized spud and an 850W oven.. how long would you give it? The reason I ask is that I can never get it right, it's either raw or so dried out it's inedible...

Bread sauce and yorkshire batter

Do you think this would work.. some heated oil in a casserole dish then add some sage and onion stuffing mix, gas 6 for 10 mins, break up and then add some cooked turkey and cover with bread sauce....

I've found an old packet in the cupboard that says use before Aug 2010 but it looks ok to me, just the usual dried durum wheat variety. Is it ok to use or should I chuck it?
