Water throught the garage door.

At our new home the detached garage is fitted with an 'up and over' door that goes right to the concrete floor. As there is no sill, when it rains, water gets under the door and can spoil things...

Sewing machine Snapping the thread

Does anyone know why a sewing machine would shred and snap the thread from the top bit and also miss some stiches? Please help
