I am trying to burn a DVD, using a new blank disc. When I try to format it, a window tells me it`s write protected. I`ve done many in the past without problems. Why suddenly now? Any suggestions...

Wisteria problem.

Every year, my wisteria has many flower racemes, but as these grow, long before they are mature enough to flower, the tiny flower buds drop off many of them. Does anyone know why this happens? Thanks....
