im starting my own business and was wondering if i could buy a business name and the get a loan on that name as my personal credit rating is very very poor or is there another way but i dont have my own home??

Short answer: No - any new start business will either be a sole trader, in which case it is just you, or a limited company. If you are a newly formed limited company, your personal guarantee will be required.
