Using Double Yolked Eggs

I have just cracked three eggs and all of them have been double yolked eggs. But, when this happens do you count each egg as two or are they still classed as 1.

It would depend on their size but double yolks tend to be smaller.
If you are baking generally counts as one -for other dishes it doesn't really matter.

Thank you Dannyk13. They are extra large eggs but yes, the yolks are smaller
I would have thought one. If bought from a shop, I assume they will have been graded by weight. Perhaps someone else could have different views.

Thank you mamyalynne. I shall do as you have suggested and count the egg as one, it will probaly make the cake richer tasting.
