Hi, I seem to have a problem with the daily brush of my teeth in that about half way through my 2 minutes, I have a real need to gag and eventually be sick (just once). Its certainly got worse and I use an electric toothbrush. I'm perfectly well and have good teeth but I would like to know what's causing it and if I can do something to help? I did read flavourless toothpaste works? I always thought its because I would swallow toothpaste but its not the case.

Any suggestions would be great, sorry its not a pleasant subject! x

Bicarbonate of Soda toothpaste would guarantee me bringing up breakfast. Wose still is the Corsodyl toothpaste, makes me heave just thinking about it :(
I also suffer with this problem as does my daughter, my dentist told me it is quite common but being British people do not talk of it. I am Ok if I brush my teeth a couple of hours after getting up in the mornings I am fine.
Turns out I'm not very good at standing on one leg...
oh dear........
I can hum though....
"Turns out I'm not very good at standing on one leg..."

Why does that not surprise me? ;0)

Meglet, if only it was the taste of the toothpaste that was the problem.
