I have a Nokia 6021 with bluetooth and a bluetooth enabled laptop. Is it possible to import all my phone numbers from the phone to my Outlook contacts so that i don't have to type them all in? Thanks.

well I do exactly that but with a 6230i which comes with the necessary software on CD-Rom for synchronising between the two. If your 6021 has similar software then certainly.

I have installed the 'Nokia PC Suite' which allows me to have my contacts on the PC, but they're in the Nokia software and not in Outlook. Is this the software you mean or is there other software to install?
yes thats right. in the PC Suite you'll find that when you have connected the phone to the PC via the nokia connection manager you'll be given an option to synchronise

Yes, but that only puts the contacts within the Nokia PC suite software, not in Outlook contacts. Unless i am doing it wrong.
yes sorry to say you must be.forget all the other stuff in the PC Suite, just use the connection manager to connect your phone then at the top of the PC Suite menu is a sync option. email here if you're still stuck
