Good luck for Sunday you brave person u! Well done i am impressed
rescue remedy from a herbal shop is good and standard breathing techniques should do the trick

Yep - Bach Rescue Remedy.

One of the breathing techniques is to breathe in for 4 seconds, hold it for 4 seconds and then exhale for 4 seconds.

Or

Just count back from 50 or 100 and concentrate on that whilst breathing.

You can also take Nelsons Aconite. 30c's.. not 6. They are tiny little balls that taste kind of like candy but they are a herbal remedy. You mustn't touch them with your hands as you can pollute them and you mustn't take them if you have eaten in the last 20 mins. You can take as many as you like aswell. They are purely natural stuff. :o)

what i want to know is,will dot.hawks be running ? 20 each way
Lmao @ Baileys.. I'd pay 20 to see her run. haha

Just go there prepared to really, really enjoy it. I completed in 1992, and I'm no athlete. Take it nice and steady, and eat all the sweets you get offered on the way round. Then treasure your medal and T-shirt!

Have fun...
