Does anyone know how to get the code for a Model 2007 Ford Radio Serial No L028561

As I am about to buy a second hand car and they do not know the code.

Ford can get this for you at a price.It is easyer and maybe cheaper to get a second hand 2007.I got mine from ebay with the code.
