My measuring cups say 1/2 cup is 125mls.

A bit of googling suggests that the density of yoghurt is roughly the same as that of water, which means that 1ml conveniently weighs about 1g.

I'm guessing that your 'cup' is derived from a US recipe, so that's officially 240ml per cup. So half a cup is 120ml, weighing about 120g.

Thanks for your answers. I can't get my head round all these different measures. Don't know if it's an American recipe as the yogurt is the only thing in cups, the rest is tbsp and tblsp. x

That should have been teaspoons and tablespoons.
