Has anyone taken cefalexin / keflex as an alternative to penicillin and erythromicin (due to allergy). It's for an ear infection (otitis medea)

yes, I've taken cefalexin with no problems for sinus infection.

I work in a pharmacy and this is the antibiotic with the least number of reactions amongst our patients. It works well, just remember to follow the instructions and finish the whole course, no matter how good you may feel. x
