F-Secure vs free ZoneAlarm?

My ISP can provide F-Secure anti-virus and firewall for only 50p a month. I have looked at this and I find that it isn't quite the full package you can buy in the shops as it hasn't got any anti-adware. What I would like to know is if it is any good, or am I just as well going with the free ZoneAlarm firewall and free AVG anti-virus (maybe they are even better!). Any views/experiences you have would be handy.

Cheers,

Thanks fo3nix,
Do you rate Kerio better than ZoneAlarm?
I anti virus I use, is Avast, its probably about the best there is, its free to home users,
I used to always use Zonealarm. But the only problem is that it takes a week to start up. Kerio is just as good, offers more control (perhaps), and loads up very quickly too.
