I asked earlier there but understand many have families, work and study and this appears to be the busiest place here. I have until 6pm to phone them as this really is an emergency.

Reading you post again you say you phoned a ppi claim company. If that is the case then they may have contacted the bank on your behalf . So just make the phone call. Just remember that the ppi claim company will take 30% of whatever you are awarded .

Can they do this even though i never filled in their several forms they badgered me with? The bank has made me an offer directly and hasn't mentioned the claims company nor any payments going to them.
