Tax Allowance.

I know from the next tax year it will be possible to transfer £1050 of my tax allowance to my spouse, I also know you can apply for this on-line, but other than that, I can't find any other information. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thank you, I hadn't known about this.

All these budget changes are so confusing - the one's they tell you about are for several years hence, and the ones that affect you sneak up unexpected.
