It must be a small laptop, or the cats sre small. Or......you have a large expanse of knee. :-)
Morning, Cambell. A lovely morning here in Bedford.
Question Author
Normal size laptop, and two small grown up cats who have wedged themselves together with tails over the top of the computer.

And a good day to you to, Tilly. Nice day to take a dog for a walk.
They must be keeping you warm.
Question Author
Very warm, will need to disturb them shortly to make a cup of tea. Will make the upset easier with the opening of the Dreamies packet.
Today will be better than yesterday.Yesterday was horrible.

How are you spending your day off? Messing about on the river?
Question Author
Yesterday first thing was really mild and nice (went for a run before work). Was supposed to run the line at a football match in the evening but it was called off due to the state of the pitch. Got to watch Anglia Water digging up our road at around 8.30 p.m. instead
Going to go for a ride on a horse, then go for a bit of a bike ride to get to an appointment. Circuit training in the evening. Washing and all the other dull stuff in between times.
What are you up to?
It must be a newish laptop, if it's not scalding your leg - blocking the air vents, on the underside, makes them overheat. If the screen goes black and it switches itself off, don't panic. This is just the self-protection mechanism working, so you don't fry the central processor. Wait 5-10 mins and reboot.

Cats will try anything to stop you working. ;)

Laptop's about a year old, the cats are much warmer than the laptop!
Not doing anything too strenuous today. Squelch through the mud with Tilly, shopping at Morrisons, visiting Dad.
Campbell, do you use the Bunyan Centre? I am having a battle with Fusion about the astronomical price rises that they have implemented.
Question Author
Don't use the Bunyan Centre (haven't been there for years), the circuit training is at the Athletics stadium (which is also run by Fusion), but the price of that is included in the running club membership (which is pretty cheap). Somewhat bizzarely they are considering introducing a car park charge, which probably means people will just use the Aspects car park over the road for free . Fusion does run their own circuit training at the same time as the Harriers session, not sure they haven't increased their prices for this as numbers have dropped for that.
At the Bunyan Centre, they have scrapped £3.00 the drop in price of a Badminton Court and increased it to £ 9.90!
^ the £3.00 drop in, play anytime^

Do you know how much a court costs at the Athletic stadium, Campbell, please?
Question Author
Don't know what it costs, and have just looked the website which makes it very difficult to ascertain prices. Can ask tonight, but that price rise seems ridiculous.
Thank you, Campbell.
