Just read a post on FB - one of those re-posted meme type things.

It stated that there's a law in Finland that disallowed people from buying a puppy until all the rescue shelters were empty.

Good idea in theory but wouldn't it be difficult to implement from a logistical point of view?

I did raise an eyebrow Ratter!

Can you post a link to the FB post?

I really think that it is unlikely to be true. But you never know.

I am off out to work very soon but if nobody has found the answer before I get back this evening then I will have a look.
It's a Chinese (or Finnish) Whisper that has grown - ie not true.

Are we calling BS on this one!? I think so....
So if your bítch has a litter you have to give them all to the rescue centre ? Well, washes your hands of having to do right by them.
Wish it was true !
OG Its NOT TRUE
Considering that bestiality is legal in Finland i'd have very surprised if this was true.
That's what they want you to think ;-)
