Ebay have a 20 Insertions Free a Month offer and I haven't had problems before. I always check that the insertion rate is Nil on the last page, before I click on the button. I have now been charged 35 p for each of those insertions ! What is going on ? I have emailed them but no reply.. Anyone else had this recently?? Even if I load more than 20 in a month, it still comes up as Nil although I am willing to pay for these.

Sorry Smurf I didn't come back earlier. I clicked on help/contact. Choose subject then it comes up with options for them to call or call us. Clicked on that and it gave number and a code to use for them to identify you by.
