Who regularly has home delivery and which supermarket do you use?
How would you rate the whole experience...delivery (ease of getting a suitable time slot, and cost) substitutions, quality of fruit & veg, any other comments?

i use ocado. because it comes from the warehouse rather than a shop, they don't generally tend to let you order stuff that'll be out of stock

I use Ocada when they have special offers on items I bulk buy. Today I ordered 8 boxes of Bold @ £5 each. I'm never charged a delivery fee, and can choose my own spot.
