I'm not surprised you stayed in, boxy. You might have got into an argument.
Dover town centre on a cold January afternoon wouldn't be my first choice of places to visit anyway, irrespective of what's going on there!

Nothing wrong with anti-fascism, but the antics of some anti fascist fanatics is akin to to the antics of a fascist

Brtain First were in the town a few weeks back, employing some very sneaky tactics to get their pictures in the local rag. What is particularly irksome is that most of these guys come in by train, they're not even local, they're shipped in.
What on earth are you 'chuntering' about. Is there some new law about protesting outside your local area? Shipped in? pmsl, that'd be the people they're protesting about and your Anti-fascist friends seem to welcome here. Please do tell us about these 'sneaky tactics' employed to 'get in' the local paper.
The last protest involved men walking from the pub to the dock and back again. So this group of 'anti-fascists' want others to join them 'to stop them walking in the street'. Ha ha ha, the ANTI-fascists want to stop you walking in 'their' street. You really couldn't make this comedy gold up.

There were two marches - the Anti Fascists and the National Front. The police were out in number, both on the seafront and through the town. Yep, they succeeded in stopping a number of people walking through own town today.
