I know what it's like to pay for someone who does not turn up. I personally couldn't bothered to sue but I applaud the party organiser here.

It's clearly not about the money or being out of pocket. The money was spent whether the kid turned up or not. It's just a way of pointing out what ignorant *** the non-attendees were.

Who is going to suffer from this?
The two boys who are not responsible for their parents.
Yes Daisy the boys are going to bear the brunt of this, probably right through their time at that school.
A perfect example by the parents to show their children precisely the wrong way to go about things.
Daisy....you must have seen, as I have, the parents fighting and warring while the children wander off arm in arm all forgotten......☺

Yes Ludwig is bang on, clearly not enforceable just a way of showing how dissappointed the organisers were with the rudeness of the parents of the potential attendee in question.
