Are Kia owned by Fiat?


Just that they are releasing quite simular cars, and their advertising campaigns, even though visually look different, are quite simular.

Kia Motors were taken over by Hyundai Motor in 1998.

I cannot explain any apparent Fiat-ness other than they may have drawn similar conclusions to any customer market research data they utilise to design and publicise their vehicles.

Perhaps they just use the same advertising company.

Yeh, was thinking maybe same advertising company. But i would have thought each car manufacturer had it's own advertising department maybe. Or each one would use its own inderpendant film maker. Ah well, doesn't matter. I was just curious.
