Hi all, and Happy Easter.
Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the kerb weight and gross weight of a car. I'm *sigh* trying to enter a competition to win a new Jaguar car! I would be grateful for any help.
Cheers in anticipation.

The kerb weight is with all the things necessary to drive the car E.G. petrol and water

According to the above the drivers weight should be included!

And gross weight probably means 'maximum gross weight' IE the heaviest the car can ever be, to be safe and legal. Five people, plus luggage, plus full fuel, plus roof rack, plus whatever.
