we have put plans into our local council for an extension.The neighbours either side have not complained about any of the plans.however the people in the planning office keep coming back saying they want changes to the plans we have changed them every time to what they have said the trouble we are having is every time the plans are submitted someone different looks at them and they say they are requesting further changes.does anyone know wher we can go from here?

It might help if you can somehow get the aid of somebody who was previously a Town Planner who knows all the rules and the inside way of operating.. Am not sure how you would find one but if you contact your local estate agents and surveyors, they may be able to put you in touch with somebody.

Agreed. It is very unusual for the Case Officer to be changed during the life of one Application unless the person actually changes job, so there should be no real reason to be passed from one person to another.
