screen displayed at startup and shutdown

Recently, there has been a screen appearing briefly during the startup process that was never there before (Eagles New Millennium Band)and also during shutdown (Wait). How do I get rid of this - have gone thru MSConfig with a fine tooth comb and searched all .jpg files but cannot seem to locate what is causing this so I can eliminate. Any ideas?

These screens come with a desktop theme downloaded from a disk or from the internet. you cant remove these screen since they are always there (as microsoft startup screens) but you can change them by using another theme.
