on his bike...........

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-30130715

Now as you know I'm all for cyclists obeying the law/Highway Code but does this REALLY require a Police Officer? Isn't it something the PCSO's ought to be doing whilst the bobby gets on with some proper policing? Or even a Parks Warden?
And yet Police numbers are supposedly dwindling.
Still, another tick in the stats file, that's what it's all about!

Incest, Chill, incest - put your family to the test, applies to Aunty Beeb too. Honestly, who gives a damn?

I liked the bit where he popped into see Ken Bruce (as he does) and they played Speedy Gonzales!
He was three times over the limit.
where did you see the bit about him having been on the sherberts, sandy?
I meant the speed limit. 16 mph in a 5 mph zone. Flagrant recklessness!
Police numbers are not dwindling in Northumbria Force apparently, otherwise why would 5 or 6 Police Cars attend the slightest incident.?
Oh my, indeed. Leg Irons and 30 strokes of the rattan - though many would queue up for the opportunity to whack him! Could add a few coppers and silver to the national debt reduction though.
Remember this one - there's several incidents like this on You Tube
one a couple of years ago in gness country.

I also remember Andy Powell, the Welsh rugby player, nipping down the M5 to as service-station for a midnight snack in a golf cart from Celtic Manor and he had a few....... http://interocitorsblog.com/wp-content/flagallery/dodgyknees/powellv2.jpg

In the park in question, 3 pedestrians have been injured this year by speeding cyclists.

Having a piece of tubular steel rammed into you at 16 mph (or ramming into your child or dog) with the weight of an adult rider behind it, is likely to cause significant injury.
