Does anyone know if my scooter's mileage is in KM or miles. I think as its european its KM but im not sure. Can anyone shed any light on this?

If the speedo is KM then it probably is.

Can you not ride it a known distance (one mile or one kilometer) and see how much the odometer has changed?

the needle starts at 5km

take a look at your speedometer and if the higher numbers are on the outside then the speedo works in km,
