I think Mr Tiggs has started suffering from sleep apnea. He comes to visit once every fortnight when he's not working and last night his snoring pattern was different to normal. Normally his snoring is continuous with every breath he takes but last night there were pauses of 10 seconds or more before an intake of breath with a deep loud snore. His snoring normally keeps me awake for most of the night which is annoying but last night it was more worrying than annoying.

I told him about it this morning and said that he may need to see his GP and he just laughed. Am I worrying over nothing?

Ooo thanks Box, I'll have an indepth read of that article and google compression socks as I've never heard of them before :o) x
They are what you wear after an operation, tiggs, or in a plane - to keep the blood moving in your legs. Worth a try ;-)

Could have done with some of them on my flight to Sydney nearly 20 years ago. My legs became stiff and painful sitting for so long as the flight attendants insisted that we didn't walk up and down the aisle causing obstructions!
Wow, tigger, they wouldn't be allowed to do that now - too much concern about DVTs!
you should get him a CPAP device that can solve the problem.
