They sent an apology and a voucher. I spent it today and bought Scottish Kipper fillets. After my last attempt buying there food I didn't hold out much hope. Wrong they were delicious. I couldn't eat it all so put the rest out for the cat population. They too must have enjoyed it as they are banging at the door demanding seconds. Where as my first purchase put me off buying their products I now will try some of their other things. I guess this is why they send you a voucher.
