Problems with MFI website

I can't seem to connect to the "Design Online" part of the MFI website, although getting onto the main site itself is no problem.
Can anyone offer suggestions as to why not? Many thanks.

Hi......many thanks. I've had one h*ll of a day with this computer....lost all my internet connections and half my programs. Eventually it all came back together due to some divine intervention....[nothing I did]....and I had to re-install Shockwave Macromedia as you suggested and all is well with the world again!
