If the child had been mine, there would have been no reporting she would have been told to use stronger hair clips to keep her scarf in place and not to fidget.
The number of Muslims in that School are the majority or were the last time I knew someone who taught there, so the staff are well versed with the dress and customs of their pupils it does all seem overblown.
